Returns Process
ISO Certification
Our company accepts the return of
products that are intact and in their original packaging
within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase
(after having received acceptance from the sales
department.)
All returns are inspected by the technical department
for insuring proper function.
Our company is ISO certified on all depart-
ments of the operation for providing to its part-
ners reliable products with the best value for
money and quality technical support services.
All our products are guaranteed
for two (2) years from the date
of purchase.
A special sign reads out the years warranty for
products that the warranty is higher than two
(2) years. The warranty covers the repair of
the product (not replacement) and repair
service free of cost. If the product for any
reason cannot be repaired, the company
replaces it with an equal or higher
specifications without extra cost.
The warranty refers to the complete product
and not the individual components.
The replacement of any parts with new ones,
doesn‚t postpone the complete product's
warranty. Any repair work not performed by
the technical department of Cubitech or by
an authorized technician void (makes the
guarantee of the product).
Warranty does not cover any expenses
required for receiving or sending goods from
and to our technical department.

Each associate will receive unique credentials for
login, provided from us.
All our products are distributed daily in Greece and abroad either through transport or
through an agency or through Courier chosen by our partner. Especially for Athens
deliveries are made by our vehicles on our partner site.
The delivery of orders received before 4:00 PM daily, are delivered the next business day.
The NVR (Cubis) and DVR (standalone) are checked by the technical department and
remain in test mode for a reasonable time to avoid problems like DOA (dead on arrival).
This process prolongs the delivery time of NVR for a working day.
